Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items at the prices shown at checkout. An automatic order receipt acknowledges that we received your order. It does not by itself accept your offer. We accept your order when we explicitly confirm acceptance or dispatch the items, whichever happens first. Payment authorization or collection alone does not constitute acceptance. Your applicable cancellation and refund rights apply regardless of acceptance. Acceptance timing and supplier submission do not postpone statutory shipping or refund obligations.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order if an item is unavailable, a material price or description error is identified, payment cannot be verified, or the destination cannot be served. We will notify you and release any payment authorization or refund any amount collected for the declined items and applicable charges. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different item without your agreement.

If we discover an availability or material pricing error after acceptance, we will contact you to resolve it. Any changed price or substitution requires your agreement. If we cannot supply the affected items as agreed, we will notify you and provide a full refund for those items, applicable tax and any refundable shipping charges, without limiting your legal rights. We do not reserve a right to remove rights you already have under an accepted order.

For an approved cancellation or an order we cannot supply, we initiate any refund to the original payment method within five business days, or sooner when required by law. Bank processing time does not extend a legal refund deadline. We do not add a new shipping charge because our cancellation of an unavailable item reduces your order below the free-shipping threshold.

Your rights and these terms

Applicable law governs your purchase. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or warranties. We do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights or require an exclusive court location in these terms. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

Our returns, refunds and cancellations policy governs voluntary cancellations and returns. Submission of an order to our supplier is a procurement step, not shipment to you.
