For This Person is operated by Azvellor Labs LLC, based in Texas, United States. We are responsible for the personal information we handle as described in this policy. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit our website, shop with us, use an account or contact us. Personal information means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you or another person.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we collect:
- Contact and order information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, payment methods, payment confirmations, purchases, returns and refunds. Shopify and payment providers process payment card and other payment details to complete your transaction.
- Account information: if you create an account, your sign-in email, account identifier, saved carts (the products and quantities you save, not prices or payment details), the orders you place while signed in and your email preference. We sign you in with a link sent to your email address, so we do not ask you to create a password.
- Information you provide: customer support messages, gift preferences and recipient details you choose to share.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, cookie and similar identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages and products viewed, searches, cart activity and other interactions with our services.
We receive this information from you, automatically through our website and checkout, and from providers that support payments, accounts, orders, analytics and, where enabled, advertising. An order or gift request may also include information about a recipient supplied by someone else. You may choose not to provide information, but we may be unable to complete an order or provide a feature that requires it. Please provide another person's information only when you are entitled to do so. Do not include government identifiers, health information or other sensitive details in gift requests or support messages.
How we use your information
We use personal information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery and returns, manage accounts and saved carts, provide support, personalize shopping, improve our services, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Where permitted, we also use information for marketing and advertising, subject to your preferences.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process order and account information to perform our contract with you; usage and support information for our legitimate interests in improving our services, answering requests and preventing fraud; records needed to meet legal obligations; and information for optional marketing or tracking with your consent where required. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
How we share your information
We share personal information for the purposes above with these categories of recipients:
- Service providers: Shopify and payment providers receive order and payment information; website, account and storage providers process account, contact and technical information; support providers handle communications; analytics providers process usage information; fulfillment and shipping partners receive the contact and order details needed to deliver purchases.
- Advertising partners, where enabled: identifiers, contact information, shopping activity and device or usage information may be used to personalize advertising, subject to your privacy choices.
- Other recipients: we may disclose relevant information at your request or with your consent, to comply with a lawful request, prevent fraud, establish or defend legal claims, protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or other business transfer.
Shopify hosts our checkout and supports order processing. Information submitted through Shopify services is shared with Shopify and its providers, which may operate in other countries. Where Shopify Network Intelligence and enhanced services are enabled, Shopify may combine information about your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify for personalization, analytics, fraud prevention and advertising. Shopify acts on our behalf for some processing and is responsible for certain processing and privacy requests under its own policy. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to support accounts and checkout, remember carts and preferences, understand website use and, where enabled, personalize advertising. Advertising providers may collect information about activity over time and across websites. You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls available in our services. Where required, nonessential tracking is subject to consent. Blocking cookies may affect some features and does not by itself opt you out of all advertising disclosures.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your information, access information about our collection, use and disclosure, correct or delete information, receive a portable copy, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Where applicable, you may also limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information.
Some disclosures for advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable privacy laws. To opt out, use Your privacy choices or contact us by email or phone below. Shopify's privacy controls recognize Global Privacy Control signals where required by law; these controls apply to Shopify's processing. Other browser Do Not Track signals are not recognized. You may also use the Shopify Privacy Portal for requests concerning Shopify's own processing.
Promotional email is off for an account unless you turn it on. You can change your email preference in your account, unsubscribe from promotional emails or contact us to stop marketing messages. We may still send messages about your account, orders or support requests. Where applicable, you have the right to object to direct marketing and processing based on legitimate interests.
You do not need to create an account to make a privacy request. Contact us using the details below and describe your request. For requests requiring verification, we may ask for information to confirm your identity or an authorized agent's authority. We do not require identity verification for an opt-out request, though we may need enough information to apply it. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted denial or extension. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or contacting us. You may also complain to the relevant state authority or your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Keep your password, sign-in links and other account credentials private. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Retention depends on the type of information, its purpose, your account status and applicable legal requirements. We keep account information while needed to maintain your account, and deleting an account deletes its saved carts and email preference; order records for fulfillment, returns, accounting and legal requirements; and communications and technical records while needed for support, security and service improvement. Information may be retained longer when needed for a legal obligation, dispute or claim. Deletion requests are subject to these exceptions. Contact us for details about retention of your information.
International transfers
We and our providers may store or process personal information in the United States and other countries outside the country where you live. Where required, transfers from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom rely on recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and applicable UK transfer terms, or an adequacy decision. Contact us to request information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
Third-party websites
Links to other websites and services are subject to those providers' privacy policies. Review their policies before providing personal information. We do not control their privacy practices.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update the date above and provide any notice required by law.
